You have to assume Smith and Luc are next in line, though I suspect Mark really wants to keep Luc around. Peralta would not shock me.
I'm gonna miss Davis. Krush did not get enough credit around here for the work he did. I suspect he will be a fine player for the A's.

Sort of surprised they dealt Davis given he is productive and he's cheap. Maybe they felt he had peaked, who knows. I think he had good value given his offensive output and contract status. Maybe they think the two guys coming back make more sense but Davis could have filled a role either as a starter or super sub OF
Wow, totally have zero expectations of the Crew this year. Though the young guys might show something to make things interesting. I guess this is how it's done these days. Hope Ueck stays healthy as he will be my draw.
Unlike past ****ty years, at least there are some interesting young guys to watch. No doubt, the record will suck this year, but there will be players to watch.
If Luc does get traded, i would sure like to see a high ceiling pitching part of the package. This team, despite all the infusion of young, controllable talent, still needs high end pitching.
One of the guys they got back in the Khris Davis deal is a catcher and he's highly regarded as a prospect. Have to take some of that with a grain of salt because not all good minor league prospects turn out, but right now the Brewers are going "all in" to acquire as many young prospects as possible to gear up in 2-4 years. Probably signals as well they will be dealing Lucroy eventally as they should.
