I guess since GA is gone his lil' recruit is no long hamfisted into playing QB for the team.

He should never line up at QB again. He's got the athletic ability to play in the NFL, but he needs to be either a WR or a DB. 

The part that frustrates me about McEvoy and GA is that Tanner actually played pretty well as a safety and he should have kept him there unless he totally outplayed the competition at QB in the scrimmages and practices.  Given everything I heard coming into the season that wasn't the case so GA really messed up there.

Owen Daniels was recruited as a highly touted QB but Barry moved him to TE and he never looked back.  Sometimes you need to stick with what works (or doesn't)

GA = No Loss.  Much happier with our new coach and hopefully his assistants.  Rudolph was a big time recruiter for the Badgers. Hopefully Aranda stays and PC can get a little more money for the assistant coaches.

On Wisconsin

They need to find a way to get back into Ohio to recruit and Rudolph can help them there

Some of the Badgers best players came from Ohio - think Chris Borland and Lee Evans (among others)

Might as well make this the game day thread. 

From everything I heard, Stave had the 'yips' and was even more inaccurate than he was when he was actually on the field.

 

I was actually excited for McAvoy but obviously the guy doesn't have D1 passing ability but neither does Stave.

First crappy preview I've seen for the Outback Bowl.

I would love to see some of the Matt Canada offense in this game. 6-7 OL, Watt in at FB- blast holes right through the Auburn front. They're going to have 8-9 in the box anyway- don't f around trying to throw. Ram it right up their arrogant SEC ass... Our 8 versus your 9- see what gives. I like out big boys' chances against theirs...

Love the play calling. Misdirection, protection, get them guessing and hit them with chunks. Great start in all phases!

Chryst #1 priority is upgrading the QB position, period.
Thru education or recruit, don't care .... Nothing else cones close.
