Oh well.  Denver is 3-7 for a reason.  I was so concerned I left at the beginning of the 4th to get me one those impossible whoppers.  I actually like just plain ol' veggie burgers better.

I was so verklempt over how Rodgers holding the ball and playing sandlot with the Broncos offense I poopied myself.  I got myself a fresh banana hammock only to poopy myself again after Jaire kept getting burned when the Broncos were on D.

I'm looking to McVincePlant for guidance as we're all homers here.

No horse in the race, but living in the PHX area I get see a lot of the Card's games and local coverage.
They are not that bad. Looks like a good rookie QB, if he doesn't have to run too much and get hurt.

Didn't pick the Cards, but I'm cool if they win.
I kind of feel sorry for Fitz...

Is there a more irrelevant professional sports franchise than the Bengals?  Seriously... not just this season either.  That franchise could fucking disappear and most people wouldn't even notice.

I live 40 minutes from their stadium and trust me even the Bengals fans don't care at this point if that team disappeared. They can't drink enough to care about their team.

The day without Packers football was throwing a birthday party for my 2 year old grand daughter and knocking some things off of the Honey-do list.  I told my wife it was too soon to put Christmas stuff up.  So needless to say I lost that one and I had to put Christmas stuff up.

Thanksgiving is now just a subset of the xmas holiday.  Soon Halloween will be the same.  I saw several xmas displays at big box stores in mid Oct. Burton was on to something with the nightmare before Christmas.

Cleaned up some brush to get to several deer stands, changed chips in trail cameras,  decided where to sit opening morning, drank a couple beers and watched the Bears lose.

Sounds like a good day.  One of the biggest things I miss about not living in Wisconsin anymore is deer hunting especially opening morning.

I think Halloween is already there.  Around here one of the radio stations already flipped over to all Christmas music all the time in MID OCTOBER.  I am getting to the point I am almost sick of Christmas by the time it gets here.

Just spend all your money and nobody gets hurt.

Mrs. Finn likes (no, loves) your post (but as instructed, I won't like it).  She despises how Thanksgiving is basically ignored.  So she does the whole big feast for the 2 of us.  Works just fine for me.

So it's going to be another Packer free Sunday this week until evening rolls around. Just a by product of being one of the hottest tickets in the NFL and major sports in general. A cross we must bear.

The ex and I did the same thing.  Enjoy cooking a gourmet feast while having top notch beverages.  Watch some football.  Then take the left overs and create pans of "turkey hash", which is the most fabulous god damn thing ever.  Think turkey dinner in meatloaf form.
