There are scalpers at the intersections surrounding Lambeau Field. I've found tickets there at decent prices many times.

This is my take on things. I usually buy game day from the scalpers pit outside Lambeau. It's down from the field towards the practice facility. We used to buy ahead of time via Craigslist, Stub Hub, brokers etc. and actually think I get a little bit better of a deal on game day believe it or not. You just need to be prepared to bring up a wad of cash and not be uneasy showing up to the stadium without tickets in hand. The scalpers are pretty easy going in GB compared to dealing with them in Chicago and I think they have some sort of license and a seating chart with them. Figure on it being and expensive game being SF and the opener and enjoy. I am bringing my 11 year old to his first Packers game in GB next week also, it'll be awesome.
