Ive arrived at the point where I'm completely selling out for Mosley at 21 in the draft. He's the pick.
If Hyde is able to make the jump to safety GB has the potential to be really good on defense. Front 7 would be a rotation featuring Raji, Datone, Daniels, Worthy, Boyd, Guion, Clay, Neal, Perry, Peppers, Hawk, Jones, Malumba, Palmer, Barrington, and possibly Pickett and Jolly. Add Mosley to that mix and they are fronting Shields, Williams, Hayward, House, Burnett, and Hyde. And yeah, I'm making a huge leap hoping Hyde knows how to play safety in the NFL.
Thats is a (potentially) seriously talented roster and I get why Daniels wants a healthy season for the guys on D to see how good they can be. I wouldn't want anything to do with Clay, Peppers, Perry, Mosley moving around behind Raji, Datone, and Neal wondering who's coming If I'm a D coordinator knowing Neal has a year at OLB and can peel off into coverage if he needs to.
