Hey folks! Git on down to......

Been to a bunch over the years and never once saw coaches doing that. Great news.
You reminded me of something. Went to mini-camp last year for the first time in a while. Made me think about previous camps when Holmgren was coach. With Holmgren, the camp was extremely competitive, regimented, disciplined, and impressively on-time . With McCarthy, you could tell it came from a similar structure, but it was lazy and out of sync. Drills frequently went beyond the clock buzzer and it seemed like players were just going through the motions. Jogging, meandering. "Play like you practice" applies here.
So hereâs what local sports radio is trying really hard to spin into a panic today for Packer fans.
"I don't think you want me to turn off 11 years. There's stuff that not many people in the league can do at the line. That's not a humble brag. That's just a fact." Rodgers to @MikeSilver on LaFleuer's system not having a ton of freedom at the LOS for the QB.

I miss Leslie.
2 training camp practices against the Houston Texans coming up? So cool! Havenât been to training camp in years. Might have to go for this.
Cliff Notes: Oren Burks, Whitewater Jesus, Savage, Gary and MVS.
This article bodes well for Burks and also for Kumerow's chances of making the cut with this team. I hope Savage actually is the player we drafted and isn't over hyped. I cannot wait to see him play!
I really think this year we will see better "fits" for Pettine's scheme with people like Gary, Amos, Savage and possibly the light coming on for Burks. I love the Gutey is giving him the people he needs to make it work.
Yeah, the Burks part sure is a pleasant surprise.
Read another story claiming they're expecting him to be in the mix in the middle this year. Will be interesting to watch during camp.

Spin zone is an apt name for this article. Burks also looked good last spring. His play went downhill as soon as the pads went on and things actually mattered. Not saying Burks won't be better this season, but it's crazy to get excited about anything that happens in June.

Having Burks, Savage, and MVS make strong impacts this year would be a massive help to this team. Gary and Kumerow having strong years would be nice, but neither are starters. ILB, FS, and #3 WR are glaring holes with huge question marks.

Yes, everyone was hailing him as the guy who was going to improve the LB corps. Wait until September to see if he lives up to the June hype.
Because you can tell so much when guys are in just helmets and shoulder pads with zero contact.
Well it is Blake Martinez who is saying it about Burks, and he was there right next to him last year through OTA's and Minicamp. And what he is saying is, from what he sees, Burks looks like "the most improved player on the entire defense."
Tough crowd. I think Martinez is qualified to render that opinion, and yes, when the guy rendering it was there with him in shorts last year, and sees a big difference this year, it has meaning. Sheese, take the good news hey. He's right next to the freaking guy both times and it's a good sign.
It could also be as simple as Martinez supporting his buddy with a few comments to the media. TC will be telling.

I believe the guys is going to be special for us. I have no doubts, and I can't wait to see him play for the Packers either.

I'm hoping Lane Taylor comes back around to his 2017 form. He's another player, who if healthy, can be a major contributor this season. He really struggled last season with multiple injuries. Nice having Elgton Jenkins there to challenge him, but I think Taylor wins his spot back.

They call that, good leadership.
Or maybeâjust throwing this whacky idea out thereâitâs an honest opinion based on what he actually sees, and itâs the truth.
Cynicism Alley around here. Cut it with a knife hey!

So an elaborate lie to prop up a teammate who needs an ego boost? That doesnât sound âsimple.â From the sound of things, Martinezâs statements are corroborated (or at least corroboratable, if thatâs a word).
I remember for a couple of years Charles Lee was the WR darling of training camp. Always bigger, faster, stronger. Then the games started and he was nothing.
I hope we get something out of Burks. I'm hopeful but equally if not more doubtful. Show me something at least in the preseason and I'll start to pay attention.
