I beg to differ. That was the best we have seen Love play...and that is a concern. I was hoping for much better by now.

I think this is a good point. Even if a guy makes too many mistakes, you'd expect a few "Wow" plays from a highly drafted QB. I remember maybe one really nice throw down the seam in a preseason game last year, but not much else that really popped.

I think he just misspelled Matt Flynn is all.

No, I meant Brohm. He was the 2nd round pick and the Packers were hedging their bets on Rodgers by taking him. Yeah, he sucked and 7th round Flynn ended up a real good backup but I would expect a similar strategy next year if Rodgers retires.

You move forward with Love and hedge your bet with another draft pick. Maybe this time the QB you have sucks and the one you take in the 2nd round becomes your 3rd consecutive HOF QB.

I remember that Bang cartoon thing where Favre had the excusomatic, classicly funny.  receiver ran the wrong route, ha ha ha, my uncle had pink eye, ha ha ha...

I hope I did that right?

Classic. Did anyone catch the excuse near the end about the receivers being too short?

The best part is the Vikings fans laughing about Favre throwing critical interceptions in the playoffs. What a shame that he pondered throwing that pass...
