A former high school coach in Wisconsin and assistant coach at UW-La Crosse. Hendrickson joined the Ravens as a personnel assistant in 2005. He was promoted to Midwest regional scout in 2008 before another promotion to national scout in 2016.

According to the Baltimore Sun, Hendricksonโ€™s focus with the Ravens as a regional scout was scouting offensive linemen, and he was central in the teamโ€™s decision to draft  Pro Bowl guard Kelechi Osemele.

Hendrickson has ties to the Packers, having completed a scouting internship with the team during training camp in 2004.

Long-time Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome, who blocked Hendricksonโ€™s move last year, is retiring after the 2018 season. Heโ€™ll be replaced by assistant GM Eric DeCosta.
