Yep, Howard waived injured, Pearson a fullback replaces his spot on the roster. Pearson has prior experience in GB.
@titmfatied posted:Anyone who watches 3 consecutive hours of preseason football has a right to be agitated. It's as bad as it's always been.
I watched the first half in the hot tub while high AF. Barely paid attention to the 2nd half later.
I watched just the first part of the game where Lucas Van Ness was playing. I should have been impressed but I'm not
A lot of players who were activated didn't play either.

He looked bad. Bolles is a good tackle, sure, but Van Ness never looked like he had any sort of plan. He and Hopper were running around like headless meth chickens.
A headless chicken is bad enough, but a headless meth chicken? Yikes!
Here's lovable Larry with the clip of Grant DuBose making the 53

That was a helluva effort on that ST tackle.
Four minutes left, game over, hurt all last year, yet he does that... hello, 53!
Effort! Standout play because there was no effort to compare it to from anyone else. Good on you Grant!
As an aside, McCarren has really grown on me over the years.
His delivery might not be perfectly polished, but it is straightforward and clear.
He has a good eye for analysis.
I think he is head-and-shoulders above any of the talking heads/game commentators currently on broadcast networks.

The "Rock Report" is always worth a look, on Packers.com. I also like the "Three Things" segments with Wes Hodkewicz, Mike Spofford and Larry, during Camp. Larry is also a great color guy, along with Wayne Larrivee, on the Packers' Radio Network.
Thx for the block party link, always enjoy Wahle. One of the comments I read elsewhere is that upon review, Hafley was very focused on not showing anything about his defense in preseason.
We hear "vanilla" all the time...and what happens is that the D isn't used to playing vanilla and often the defense doesn't work in vanilla. It was certainly a lousy performance from the players, but there are some extenuating circumstances too.
