AR stats and info from Sunday from Demovsky.

AR completion % improved after the calf injury. 66% before injury to 84% after.

AR completed 11 of 13 passes after the injury.

Detroit dialed up the blitz trying to get to a suddenly immobile AR. Detroit blitzed AR on 6 of his 13 pass attempts after the injury. AR completed all 6 passes.

You may be on to something

To be fair, those guys look like major league baseball players.

From that angle, it does look like his butt was down before the ball crosses the line. Hard to tell in real time and what they showed on tv, but if the replay guy had that still, I can see why it was overturned. And bless you, Clay!

The big screens at the stadium supposedly show what the ref is seeing under the hood, and they had some good replays that showed pretty clear that he was down short of the goal.

Sometimes the flow of the game doesn't allow all the replays we would like to see or what the network want to show us.  And now with more and more teams doing hurry up offenses it will only happen more often.

When they got the two point conversion…I went into my kitchen and was having quite an excellent and lengthy baby fit---when I came back in and my wife told me they overturned it…I couldn't believe it..I still can't believe it….and I still hate instant replay----other than the 1989 season...

Holy crap, he sure did, and the ball was quick-snapped right after he said it! A massive FU to Detroit.

Cocky SOB. So glad he's our QB.
