I saw a defense that rushed the passer very well. Why the Bears kept on passing when they had an effective run game in early 3Q I cannot explain, but I am grateful.

+++++
Packer defense had great passing defense. They played well!
Benson had a nice game. Can't wait until he gets assimilated.
ST play was a nice but perhaps not too much of a surprise.

----
WR dropped a few: Nelson and Jones not to mention YOTTO
+ The entire defense. Everybody played great. Everybody.
Specifically the bloodline. Beast mode!
Perry and Worthy. Welcome to Green Bay. Your push up front makes this a completely different defense.
Tramon and Charles.
AJ Hawk with a big game!
Donald Driver. All he does is catch touchdowns. One pass thrown to him. 28 yard TD.
Cedric was the entertainer tonight. Some good runs, and surprisingly effective in the passing game. Good to see.
Mason Crosby. Perfection.
Tom Crabtree. I can't wait to read the tweets.

Welcome to 2012 packet defense

McCarthy: "Cedric is starting to look a lot more comfortable in our offense.. I definitely thought we made a step forward tonight (w/run)."

Jerel Worthy: Coach told us to keep chopping wood, keep chipping away at the offensive line.

McCarthy: "I'm actually looking forward to looking at some tape of the younger players."
Finley is quickly wearing out his welcome. I'm ok with the talk but he needs to back it up, and he's not. Glad TT only gave him that two year contract.

Offense in general was pretty bad. Scored only 16 points (most of which was off short field due to turnovers) and effectively set the Bears up for their only TD. 5 sacks on Rodgers was too many. Lack of converting 3rd and 1's should be embarrassing for an o-line. You need to be converting nearly 100% of 3rd and 1's. I hear Lang, Sitton and Bulaga are good run blockers but it's not showing up.

But the defense, wow. Everyone played unbelievable. CMIII was unstoppable. Tramon looked like to be in 2010 playoff form. No significant coverage breakdowns in the secondary. Worthy and Daniels getting their first sacks. I haven't seen the defense play this well in a long time. Really hope we see more of this.

He runs the routes.

He gets separation.

He turns correctly.

He's open for the ball.

Hands are correctly placed.

Now catch the fuc**** ball! Mad

Has nothing to do with chemistry. He was correct in an article posted earlier in the GBPG. He is his worst enemy.
I never imagined saying this last year but: the defense looks great! now if we can only fix the offense. Eeker

Seriously though the offense doesn't resemble last year's in any way shape or form at this point. No matter how good a team is on offense (SLU, NE, NO, GB),, eventually with enough tape and experience D's catch up and I think there is a little of that going on with our passing game. Now it's up to MM to figure out the counter. Hopefully that's Cedric and Randall.

I don't mean to blow that out of proportion since they did connect on enough plays to score enough points but I think we all can agree they are much better than they have shown the last two weeks.

Can't be prouder of the D. And ST.
- I'm not as much feeling joy as much as I'm feeling relief. It's not like you make the playoffs in the NFL. It's like every team starts out in and you slowly get eliminated. That would have been a big hole to dig out of.

- I'm not the slightest bit tired though I should long be asleep.

+ I don't care about sleep right now Smiler

+ Driver Driver Driver.

+ Rodgers and his receivers have a ton of room to improve.

+ time to heal up for the Packers.

Fans need to seriously consider the opponents the Packers have faced.

Arguably the best defense in football in week 1 and in week 2 a defense eerily similar who knows the Packers perhaps the best of any team aside from themselves.

To score 23 against the Bears and win by 13 (they could have ran it up and won by 16 or more) IMO is impressive. Especially off of 4 days rest and your number 1 WR is sidelined.

Rodgers and the offense will get better. They will not be facing the 49'ers and Bears week in and out.

Like last week, with this offense no need to panic.
+
The Predator
Crosby...All-Pro
Benson ran it tough
DD...they are saving him for the stretch in November and December
MM responds by having his team roaring and ready to go
S/Ts
Slocum...great call
Rodgers having fun...but not quite in the groove yet
Nelson
McMillan #22 on D
OL did real well
Shutting down #15
Sacking the whiner Cutler
Stopping Hester

-
Finley...the guy is done as a Packer after this season unless he shapes up
Jones TD drop and bone-headed route
Poor execution on 3rd an 1
Un phucking real. H5 and GBP1 glance.

+ Mike McCarthy. Nothing short of genius play calling. Can we stfu about harbaugh now, or should we wait until the playoffs?

- The no team has more weapons because it's in bold team with all the unstoppable matchups and it's hard to believe they don't score 48 points per half and juggernaut juggalo BS.

Players...not so good.
