This team is what you'd expect after drafting 23rd or higher for 9 of the last 10 years. Game changing players don't last until the Packer's draft position. They're mostly gone by the 10th choice. Saying that TT "misses" on these picks ignores the truth that, above 15 or so, they're pretty much all "just guys". Better than 7th rounders? Yes but not consistently better than the guys already in the league.
The Patriots don't seem to struggle with that scenario
Not that 12 is free of blame...but it's not his fault he has to play behind that garbage OL.
It is also not his fault that right now he is the only real threat they have for running the ball and he has to share a locker room with one of the worst defenses in team history. I will always say #12 is not free from blame by any stretch it is the lack of running game, patchwork OL, nothing out of TE, and Capers D is way more to blame.
