I too wish they would have had Taylor in for more plays...it seemed he was platooning a lot with Shaw.  I'm sure PC wanted to try and get Taylor the record, but he also knows it's a long season for an 18 year old kid and we'll need his explosiveness through November, too.  So maybe they are limiting his carries/hits/etc. like they manage the number of pitches for a young pitcher.

And you know, tying those other guys is fine.   It probably reduces the glare of the spotlight on the kid (ok not much, it's going to happen, but some) and helps overall.

The not so chubby kicker has been solid but everytime AJ Taylor fields a KO or punt I cringe.  Dude has difficulty hanging onto the ball.

Scouting report on Boilers should have prepped them for what they saw on the punt block.   The Purdue player nearly grabbed the ball in the air it was flubbed that badly.

Hornibrook has made some really questionable throws the last couple of weeks and against better competition that won't get it done.  We can't expect or assume 23 and the D to bail them out all the time.

Playing for a NC?  Slow your roll dude.

Right now both Penn State and Ohio $tate would beat UW by 10+

That can change by year end but Wisconsin is a distant third in the conference race regardless what the polls may suggest

If Hornibrook plays like he did against Purdue it's a blowout against

I'd like to see Hornibrook's stats based on where he's throwing to on the field. He  seems to make strong, accurate throws when he's throwing between the hash marks between 5-15 yards downfield. It's really risky to rely on him to throw out routes or deep post routes, he just doesn't have the arm strength.

Without some threat of the deep ball or at least some quick outs, good teams won't have to honor anything outside the hashmarks and have guys that much closer to the middle of the field to stop the run.
