This was a horribly officiated game. They’re calling it so close- and getting it wrong a lot of the time.

Reuvers having a really good night. As he hits the weights, he could be a big time player.

This Badger team is so frustrating at times. Streaks of looking like they really have it together blended with sloppiness beyond belief. The foul issue really got the best of Happ. Turnovers were ridiculous. Nice work from Reuvers, great to see a big man who can nail a FT.

Reuvers improvement over the last month gives them pretty good odds to get into the upper half of the Big 10 and make the NCAA tournament as a 7 or 8 seed. Winning one game in the NCAA is probably their ceiling.

As I said above, not redshirting him last year (after they had planned to by sitting him out the first 5 games) was a really short-sighted decision. He wasn't ready physically last year and to waste that year of development to have him average 5 points, 2 rebounds, and shoot 38% from the floor for a 15-18 team was just pointless.

After last nights game,  Bucky moves up to 11th nationally in three point field goal percentage.   and up to 13 th in the latest Sagarin rankings. not to mention with the wind chill its -20 in central Wis.
