They will probably win this one-the Niners are not a good team, but that's a temporary bandage. Several moderate problems are the following - which you could overcome 

1. MM has gone stale. As someone else said, everything he can possibly think of is on tape. 

2. Pettine doesn't appear to have cleaned things up and they don't appear to all be on the same page yet.  But the personnel isn't very good. 

3. Rodgers gets easily dinged up. He's in his mid-30s. 

But the biggest problem is that they just don't have enough good young players. TT left a pretty bare cupboard. The mistakes compound themselves when the weaknesses get you beat and guys hurt. Rodgers got hurt on a play where McCray was beaten badly. Brice (who is playing in front of a high draft pick who has also been terrible) gets roasted game after game. Tramon was a good player - in 2011. They have 3 rookie receivers playing because only one WR/TE they've drafted since 2011 when they drafted Cobb has been worth anything (Adams).
