ESPN ruined this year's Draft by over-focusing on Manziel. Leading up to and including this Draft night. After each round we had to endure continued blather and speculation about "Where is Johnny M going to end up?" I was praying he end up with the Raiders in the 4th round. Personally, I think the guy is gonna bust it and have a short career in the NFL.
As for the Packers, Ha-Ha C-D, sounds like a player.
Nice highlight reel, looks like a baller. Let's try him at ILB.
Would have been happy with Mosley, Shazier, Pryor or LMFAO... I'll take it.

2. Ha Ha Clinton-Dix won’t be the first defensive back selected
And it will be stupid. HHCD isn’t Sean Taylor, but putting that disclaimer on a S prospect needs to stop. He’s very good. The value of the S position has been shown this offseason in terms of dollars. HHCD is a superior value to any CB (and obviously S), and should be the first DB off the board.

Vitaflo, I'm not sold on his character yet. Taking that 'under-the-table' money isn't a crime, and may not be unusual in "amateur" sports, but it's still unethical and shows a lack of integrity.
He'll have every chance to let his actions back up his talk, and I hope he succeeds beyond his expectations.
In any case, it's a great pick for the Pack!
Especially when one considers TT's stroke and/or dementia. Or fatigue. And likely drunk from Bud Ice!

If Green Bay’s defense stinks again next season, either general manager Ted Thompson can’t draft or Dom Capers can’t coordinate. Why? Because the team has now used 8 of its last 12 first and second round picks on defensive players. That number includes safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, who was selected 21st overall on Thursday.
Pretty hard to argue with that statement. The more I read about HHCD, the more I'm liking Ted's Dix Pick.

On safeties TT is 1 for what, ~7?
Most discomforting of all, the media scouts and the fans appear to love the pick.
Few comments because everyone is pretty dang happy with HaHa. The fans, according to Ask Vic, were clamoring for HaHa and now that they have him it's shut-up time.
While a rookie safety might not be stellar immediately, if our defense sucks this year then Capers must go. Also, Hyde needs to move to safety, especially if Hayward is back.
A pick at a huge need and probably the best player on the Packer board, what is there to complain about. He is also 6' 1 and 3/8", a tall safety nice to have in the NFC North.
**** the 49ers and how they ranked safeties. Ted is 1 for effing 1 if Collins isn't injured.
Didn't really expect him to still be on the board but glad he was. They need to figure out ways to get Hyde on the field and that's most likely not at safety. The team didn't give that big contract to Burnett to be a backup and Ha Ha's the starter until he proves he's not up to it.
