If Bulaga walks in free agency, do we look at moving Jenkins to RT?    I believe, not positive, he played every position on the line in college.

Having Bahk and Jenkins next to each other has led to some massive holes.    But having two stud tackles is key to the passing game and extending Rodgers career.

Maybe Cole Madison will be ready to contribute?   He played tackle in college but was worked at guard in camp this year.

Draft Re-Do

If the Packers re-did the draft, according to these dudes, Darnell Savage would go 12th and they would have stayed pat at their original other 1st round  draft position and  took Jenkins.

Not the 1st time I have heard Jenkins should have been a 1st rounder. ESPN also had an article with him being just outside a top 10 rookie so far.

As far as moving him, keep him where he is. He is flourishing as a guard. I know he can also play C in a pinch too.

I'd have no issues with Gutenheimer finding a T in the 1st round. That's never a bad pick to me. But it wouldn't shock me to see Bulaga back in 2020. He's feeling really good and his new work out habits and apparently a new diet.

Fricken frack!  I suggested Josh Jacobs at 12 prior to the draft and got chewed out about need-picking!  Pakrz or someone.

Doesn't matter now anyway the way Williams is playing, but we better stay healthy or I'm digging that shit up hey.

You steveLukwarrior'd the fuck out of that thing.

So we have Aaron Jones, Jamaal Williams & you wanted to draft Jacobs at #12?!?!?

GTFOH.....

At the time Williams was considered average and Jones injury-prone.

I also have a personal opinion about running backs: You can’t have enough of them.

Glad I was wrong. I thought it was funny more than anything else seeing Jacobs in the top 10 in that re-do.  The iron clad consensus was he had to go in the 20’s and I got raked for suggesting him at 12.

That sounds made up.

It’s not sorry if I misidentified you.

I had more fun watching her face.  I'm a fan.

If we could superimpose her face on John Lord I could die happy.

Organ lady has an Elvis thing going on.

I agree Savage was a solid pick. He will be a pro bowler someday. I am also saying Jenkins was a solid pick and after this season, IMO, he will prove to be the best pick Gute made in that draft. Yes, Savage is pure speed and can cover the whole field. Jenkins is a stud in blocking for the running game, which, finally, is now a huge part of the Packer's game plan. Jenkins too, will be a pro bowler, some day. This thread is about Jenkins.
