well, that's good news!

Depends on how you look at it.  If his foot is "not ready to come off" yet, it is implied that at some point it will come off when it is ready.

There was once another Vince who said players had to play with broken bones, concussions, and severe lacerations.  So what is this Vince's problem?

His problem is he isn't that Vince.

Considering it's only a foot and he's still breathing, I'm not sure that's his problem.

Pfft. Details.

Hope to see a lot more of this. Nice...

#Packers rookie Vince Biegel played 16 2nd half snaps vs BAL... Love seeing him knocking a RB around on a pass rush.. This defense needs some bullies

Fennell can’t stand Fackrell. Thinks he’s too soft. I’m sure he’s on board with Biegel getting the majority of the snaps.

Listening to Moss gush about Fackrell playing his best game in GB last week though. Who knows what they’ll do with snap counts.

That’s such a beautiful sight... man if he’s as good healthy as he was at UW... my kind of LB.

I'm guessing Moss gushed about Carl Bradford too so I'd bet we see very little of Biegel.

Dammit people. Winston Moss wants you to know Fackerell is looking better. And as long as Moss thinks Fackerell is getting better Biegel can go find a seat and get comfy.

Moss knows what he’s doing!!!

It's ****ed.  I don't have to be a coach to see with my own two eyes that he's not a very good player.  Doesn't make him a bad guy but this is the risk when you have two injury prone players ahead of you.  Fackrell is not close to a starting caliber LB.

Think when it all shakes out King+Biegel is still likely to be > Watt.

This is a false dichotomy. It could have been Watt & King just as easily, or Watt/Awuzie, or Watt/Tankersly, or Watt/Witherspoon, there a literally hundreds of ways that could have went.

Heck, it could have gone Watt, Alvin Kamara, Cam Sutton, Tedric Thompson.

No way King lasts past the Seahawks.

Maybe, maybe not. There are these things called trades, also. The point is there were a number of quality corners still on the board later and those weren't the only two options. Watt, Kamara, Cam Sutton, Tedric Thompson and maybe a Corey Clement is FA looks pretty good also.

Also entirely possible Watt simply wasn't that high on the Packers board. You can speculate endlessly about what might have been but in the end the move will always be about those three players in the mind of most.

Holy mackeral, I knew TJ Watt was pretty good but that's pretty amazing.  When I watched him at Wisconsin, I kind of thought he reminded me of what Clay Matthews was coming out of USC back in 2009.  Physically a bit different types, but both had a relentlessness and football instincts to excel that stood out.

That all said....  I like Kevin King and while he likely will never be as good as Watt, I don't necessarily think that was a bad pick if he stays healthy.  Watt may be an All Pro type, while King could be a very good CB, maybe even a Pro Bowl level type someday though he isn't at that level yet.
