Play that shit at the Hutson Center on loop all week... “Shouldn't be on the field with us”?

That dude’s good and all, but that takes some fucking stones to say that shit right there...

Thats BAs schtick. He talks about punching people in the mouth and he is better than anybody else. . He probably puts bounties on players teh way the old SAints DC did. Screw them all.

Somebody asked MLF about Whites comments and MLF smiled and said they had the right to talke like that. . He also said some player will probably bring it up.

I’ve said it before, Arians seems like a total dick.  Hasn’t won anything, ever, yet the media lionizes him, which says more about how most media treats people who give them access, than about how good they are at their professions.

F him and his band of mercenaries.

This a different Packer team than in week 6.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5,

6. Game was already slipping, but Packers also lost Bakhtiari in the 3rd quarter with a chest injury.  Ricky Wagner came in at LT (!!!) and was immediately beat for a sack by JPP.

Pack is better prepared this time !!

I would lean on Jamaal Williams all day as the backup to Jones.  He’s been there and just has that energy that rubs off on everyone.

Dillon has ability but quite frankly doesn’t know any better.  You go with what got you there.  There’s comfort in those that are reliable and consistent.

As for Bruce Arians and Devon White, it reminds me of the lead up to SB XXI where Parcells ran his mouth and sucked up all the media attention and the Packers kept their mouths shut and worked them over come game time.  The ultimate comeback is scoreboard.

White won’t be playing on a fast track and he knows nothing about the surface in January.  It’s tacky in some areas and slippery as hell in other areas.  Plus, don’t think the big uglies up front won’t be motivated to get him on roller skates and beat the living hell out of him.  He has no idea what’s coming Sunday.   A whole lot of pain if you ask me.  I mean, they made Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey look really stupid and ordinary this last week.   The Packers will be motivated.

And don’t think for a second Rodgers won’t be wanting to make amends for the first game.  It’s a rare situation he throws 2 picks in a game.  Damn right he’ll be focused.

Wouldn’t surprise me if the Packers blew them out.  I was worried about Kamara and the Saints.  That kind of back has run circles around this team.  Ronald Jones is decent but he ain’t no Kamara.

Hope he gets to eat those words.

So watching / reading things today, it seems like the Bucs did to us what they did last night, played a lot of "cover 5", which is press man coverage with 2 deep safety look, although on the pick 6 they were playing off coverage since it was third and 10. Most popular ways to beat cover 5 include: 1) Run the ball 2) Run a lot of 'man beater" shallow crossing routes 3) Any deep balls will likely have to be outside the numbers (a throw Brees couldn't make). Bucs d-line got off the ball really well (I think Left DE was clearly was offsides on second pick). I don't see them getting off the ball as quickly Sunday.

I really think you've got it well covered especially the ways to beat the Cover 5 which once they get off that it'd be awesome if they went back to the sucky zone they were using in first quarter which Rodgers was picking apart, though I wouldn't count on it. Maybe Rodgers really needs to work the hard count to get free plays.

Not sure why, but I just have this feeling Lazard is gonna have a big game.

Then back to back 3 and out, with 3 throws on the first one. TAM drives for 2 TDs after each GB 3 and out.

I think GB (either MiLF or AR) got off script.

With RBs they have, run it 40 times.

Why are they only selling 7,500 tickets when most other teams are letting in 20K or 30K?

Weird, it's not like different NFL stadiums are in different cities and different states or anything.

I noticed Rodgers seemed to be a little off on his accuracy in the Rams game. Some of the throws were just a little behind receivers. Not that 100% pin-point accuracy.

I will never be totally confident with having to beat a physical team like the Bucs in the playoffs especially when they are lead by Brady.   I especially worry about the officiating in this game because Brady is going to get a lot of calls go his way so the Packers are going to have to play a clean game.

But, this is a different Packers team than the one that got throttled back October.  I am way to superstitious to predict a win in this game but I do think we are going to see a motivated bunch come Sunday.

Rodgers isn't chop liver meaning that he has star power as well...

Why would they go for 2 when the PAT and a FG ties the game?

And if they were smart they would kick the FG first to have more time to get the TD.

At least make your hypothetical have a scintilla of plausibility.

In my hypothetical, there was less than a minute left in the game, when the Bucs scored a TD, made their 2 point conversion and blown the on side kick. They would not get the ball back. However, if they did get it back, a FG could have won the game for them. The Bucs can score, late in games, so our defense had better be ready to play. I hope you are happy! LOL!

Let’s not forget the Packers carved up the #1 defense to the tune of nearly 500 yards and 30+ points.   Very easily could have been 40 points.

Yes I know Donald wasn’t 100% but their D is fast and tough and it was the Packers that got physical and took it to them.

Tampa takes more chances and they thrive off turnovers.   The key is taking care of the ball.  The Bucs got 21 easy points directly off TOs.  But New Orleans moved the ball on them and were 6-11 on 3rd downs.  Washington was 7-14 against TB on 3rd downs.

The Bucs also have a tendency to draw a lot of penalties.  They had 3 against Washington and 7 against New Orleans.

The Packers just need to do what they do.  RTFB and hit on the play action.   I don’t think the TB defensive backs are as good in pass coverage and they are susceptible to giving up plays given they play more press coverage.  If field conditions aren’t great, that could be a problem for the Bucs.

Shut down the run, don’t turn the ball over and play your game on offense.  If GB does that I like their chances because they are the better team and that get to play at home.

During the Saints/Bucs game and in pregame one thing that was mentioned a lot is that the  Bucs DB's are not the strength of their defense its that front 7 that is their best.  If the Packers can contain the pass rush and get some slant pass plays and quick hitters they will be in business.

I would bet good money the leaders on this team will be preaching all week about what happened when they crapped the bed in October.

He was off the week before. I honestly think Rodgers is less accurate after a bye week. No stats to back it up.

This week? No post bye week blues.

3 more completions and he's at 72% for the game.

2 incompletions in the EZ just before the half. 1 incompletion where he just missed Lazard for a TD. Also had the one high throw to MVS in the EZ.

Was he really off? Such a high bar he has set  -  aka, we are spoiled.

I think all of us have a collective memory of this team consistently getting "punched in the mouth" by a more physical team, leading to losses.  TB and SF last year being the most recent.  We've seen this team break a lot of old tendencies in the second half of the season.  Let's see if they can break this one.

It’s true we are spoiled. I still believe that Rodgers is more accurate in better conditions. The thing is that other teams may have a bigger drop off in bad weather games.

Read my post again. I didn't say he was off. I said he was "less accurate", exactly what you described in YOUR post.

I think some fans are a little too easily triggered by any comments that don't absolutely anoint Rodgers as PERFECT every time.

Wasn't responding to you specifically. Though I probably did merge the words/thoughts when I said "off". Boris used that term, as well as accuracy, in the post of his you quoted. And you said accuracy.

So get off my back.
