I keep hearing the reports that the Overtime of Sunday's Steelers/Bronco's game was a record for the shortest overtime game in NFL history: 11 seconds

not shortest Playoff overtime game, but shortest overtime game ever.

so, my brain got to thinking of the Packers @ Bronco's Monday nighter in 2007. The first play of overtime was Favre's long bomb to Jennings.

Anyone know how many seconds that overtime game lasted?
--------------------------
"Greg Jennings called heads and won the overtime coin toss, allowing Green Bay to receive the ball to begin overtime. On the first play, Favre threw an 82 yard touchdown pass to Jennings, who had outrun Bronco cornerback DrΓ© Bly for the catch."
---------------------------

The technicalilty being that the Kickoff return was actually the first play of overtime. The pass was the first play of the offensive series.

Answer: 16 seconds of overtime.

Yes it was a Thanksgiving game I believe. One of my earliest football memories. I cannot believe that it could have taken much more time than that play unless they started the clock on the kick back then.
