Far be it for me to take a stand for Suh, but the fine he received for hitting Brandon Weeden is ridiculous.  It wasn't late, it wasn't dirty, it wasn't high, it wasn't low... it was just a regular football play.

Realizing he's created his own drama, I can't believe he was fined for that play.

no sympathy for Sue, but this explanation makes me laugh.

like a defensive player has time to measure up all these things in the micro-seconds they have to make a play.  and where did this "forehead-hairline" crap come from?  I thought it was all about "crowns".

In an NFL Network interview on Wednesday, Blandino explained the fine against Suh.

"We're going to aggressively enforce player safety fouls," Blandino said. "When I looked at the play, I felt that he did make contact with the forehead-hairline. Lowered the head and made contact with the forehead-hairline. Not to the head or neck, but the rule does prohibit that contact to the body."

Dirty bastard should have been fined for kicking/tripping AR two weeks ago.

Suh is going to reach a point where he fully expects to be fined so he's going to try and get his money's worth and really hurt someone.

No idea why the NFL doesn't stop the bi-weekly fine nonsense and sit his ass down for a week or two.

That play vs. Weeden was clean football. No different than Perry's hit on the NFL's new boy last year Andy Lucky.

However, Suh is a yellow flag waiting to happen. But that play was clean football.

I hate the NFLFU

' James Jones reveals on his radio show tonight that Jermichael Finley was fined $21,000 this week for hit on ' Terrell Suggs.

WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

It should also be noted that the most common place for pink NFL merchandise to be sold is through the league’s online store, individual teams and at the stadiums. Therefore, the NFL or the individual teams act as the retailer in this case and therefore receive a portion of the 50 percent that goes toward the “retailer.”

So net/net the NFL is clearing another 42% (roughly) top line revenue of BCA merchandise. It's pathetic but at least I have a reason why the NFLFU pushes pink so hard in October. But it's still monumentally pathetic.
