Unbelievably satisfying.

With all that this team overcame, it is the #1 SB achievement and it is ours and no one can ever take it away from us or undo it!

I guess it is poetic justice that the offense did not convert the TD and once again the defense had to finish it off.

Just utterly sublime. The only game that matches this is the Ice Bowl. No other Packer game rises to this achievement, imo.
Congratulations, my X4 friends. That was a HELL of a run. Six straight must-win games--all against 10+ win teams and all, except one, on the road. That's incredible.

Enjoy the off-season as World Champs. You deserve it. Be careful using the "D" word, however (which I've already seen being used in other threads). Enjoy the now. Hell, there's a good chance you guys will be world champs until 2012 w/o playing another down.

Well done!

What a game!! What a season!!!

No other Packer team that I've watched in 50 years has fought through so much adversity and accomplished so much. Truly mind-boggling.

To the Green Bay Packer organization, to Packer Nation who always represents well no matter when and where the Pack plays, to those who wish us well, and of course, to Boris and all x4 posters . . .

Thanks guys and gals. This season has been one for the ages.
CONGATULATIONS! I am genuinely thrilled for my Packer friends and fans. You earned it and did it the hard way as a wild card team. What a fantastic season and kudos for overcoming the injuries all year and then in the Super Bowl.

Ahem, can't help but point out that a CAL guy led the way! Wink

Great job and I look forward to competition between my Bucs and your Packers in the decade to come.
A well deserved reward after a long, harrowing, incredible journey this year. When Wood and Shields and Driver went down tonight, it seemed as though the same old story of the year bit this team once again at the worst possible time. But like they did so many times, they stuck together, toughed it out through the rough spots, and came out with a big, big win.

I thought it was great tactical coaching leading up to preach that they were prepping to play the Steelers and not play the Super Bowl. That's what they did tonight. Quite a few things could have gone differently for either team, but in the end Aaron Rodgers and the WRs made plays when they needed them, and the defense hung in, circled the wagons, and did the job.

This was and is a special team this season, and I'm so glad we all got to enjoy the ride!
