I haven't yet broken out in a cold sweat thinking about what George Kittle might do to our defense but it will probably happen some night this week at like 3 am.  He's not as good as Julio Jones was for the Falcons in 2016, but he's kind of their matchup problem for us.

The good news, the Pack's D is vastly better than they were in 2016 when Shanahan's offense destroyed us.  The bad news.... our defense is still inconsistent enough that I still think the Pack will need to score 30 points or more to win this one.

The Packers were down to like their 6th string DB's. Packers were never winning that game in 2016 unless their preferred starters magically healed. Anyway......

You guys like dat? 538 has Titans with a better shot to win the Super Bowl with Tannehill at QB than the Packers do with Rodgers at QB. LMAO!

Was wondering where you were during the game. Must've been busy writing emails to Bill Michael's. ๐Ÿ˜†

I really didn't think they would be in the NFCC. I predicted before the season that this team was a contender provided Rodgers was healthy, but I didn't think they would be a LEGIT contender. I won't say I will be happy just making the playoffs or winning a playoff game, this team is actually good and there's no reason they shouldn't win a SB, but the progress made after the last two years is very satisfying. Hindsight is 20/20 and there's things I wish Gute had done different with personnel (re-sign Cobb, re-sign Breeland), but it's hard to complain about anything right now.

I pegged them at third in the North and missing the playoffs based on last year's schedule and games, a new coach, and how much further ahead of GB it appeared the Bears and Vikings were.

Kudos, kudos, kudos, to MLF and the coaching staff, and to Guter and his staff for putting this show together. What. A. Year.

I also had them 3rd in the division and I thought they would be a year away from the playoffs and never thought they would get this far.  After the losses in California this team could have fallen apart but MLF and leadership on this team righted the ship and got even better.

Not to shabby for the worst 14-3 team in football history.

I think the coaching staff and the Youngster at the helm deserve boatloads of credit.  No one, no one had this team going this far.  They have stumbled and bumbled their way to a 14 and 3 record while playing few complete games.  Lots of hold together glue and calmness has been dished out from the helm and it must not have been the normal coach blah, blah, blah bs.

The guys have bought in and they believe.

Why not us?

I deleted that thread. It was beyond the point of stupidity.

And, I think this is a Super Bowl year. Defense will be improved. Offense will start a bit "slow" but be dominant by the time the playoffs start. Aaron Jones will become a top tier RB in this system.

It's been 70's and sunny pretty much every day in Portland this summer. We had a couple days in 90's but it's been perfect.

Just raising my hand per the OP

I think the Chiefs vs. Packers Super Bowl is inevitable.  State Farm Insurance is going to pay off all the NFL ref crews enough to make sure those teams win.  Then State Farm is going to run the Mahomes/Rodgers State Farm commercial over and over and over during the Super Bowl.  After that, State Farm will overtake Amazon as one of the largest companies in the world.  This is their chance at global domination of everything!!

You could have gotten TN +10,000 to win the SB at the beginning of the season. (wins 10K with a $100 bet) Packers were 1800, KC 800, SF 2400.

Don't know where you're pulling those odds from but a REAL ticket. Here are the odds I have on 2 real tickets

Packers +1500 (me)

SF +2500 (Wifey)

That's right.....one of us is going to have a live ticket to the big dance.

My quick 2 cents on NFCCG.

Jimmy G will give GB some opportunities to take the ball away. Over the last month GB secondary has had many, many opportunities to get the ball. They havenโ€™t converted those opportunities. Kingโ€™s drop on an easy pick last night being the most recent missed opportunity.

In order to win next week. GB needs to not miss the chances Jimmy G will present to them.
