It appears to me that Tramon is a more willing tackler this season but this from SI says that his coverage skills have been lacking: Tramon Williams, CB, Packers: Now, this is a surprise. Williams has been one of the NFL’s best cornerbacks over the last couple of seasons, but he’s allowed a 115.1 QB rating this season after clamping down on top receivers for a 74.3 rating last season. He’s been dealing with shoulder and knee injuries of late, and Green Bay’s suspect defense will be in a bigger hole if Williams can’t regain his former clampdown status.

Maybe I haven't been watching close enough but I actually don't think Tramon Williams has been a problem this year.   It's been the safeties and LBs trying to cover the middle of the field.

I agree that the problems have been more with the safeties and interior linebackers.  Tramon has not played up to the standard he set in late 2010, but I haven't noticed him playing as poorly as it appeared he did the last two seasons.

He has not been the same player since the shoulder injury. I was hoping he'd bounce back this year. He hasn't. As mentioned in another post, Shields who has been playing lights out, will get his money next year and Tramon will probably be gone.

I hope he turns it around this week.

Tramon looked better with Collins and/ or Woodson on the field . Not sure if its all physical or if Williams is playing differently because of his team mates too

He still has something to contribute in 2013, but his salary is untenable next year as noted and he can either take a paycut and stay.... or take a paycut and go
