I didn't see the game last night, but heard about what happened.  I'm really disgusted with the Dolphins and the NFL who looks to be complicit in possibly causing this young man to have permanent brain damage.  He's lucky he didn't die.  Back injury last week my ass.  He got up, shook his head and then stumbled around - clearly even to us armchair Dr.'s, this was a concussion.  Then to clear him and 4 days later play him?  There has to be an investigation conducted by a team outside the NFL, and if I were the NFLPA, I would demand it.  And if I were Tua, I'd retire from the NFL ASAP.  Hopefully there's no permanent damage.

The Dolphins and the NFL need to be punished severely for this.  If they're not going to back up their bullshit statements about player safety and concussions, then maybe having a large chunk of their pocketbooks taken out as well as cleaning house starting with the Dolphins coaching staff who were a part of the decision to put Tua back out there, and Roger Goodell will start to create change.  Real change, not just bullshit.
