That first Lambeau Leap game had a little bit of everything. Reggie recovers the fumble gets wrapped up by a Raider, gathers himself and shows astounding awareness by serving up a nice soft toss back to Leroy for the give and go TD. There's lollygagging by the qb and the oline of the Raiders as Leroy rumbles for his very first td as a Packer.

It also the same game Sterling Sharpe became the first wr in NFL history to post back to back 100 reception seasons. He finished the game with 7 receptions for 100+ yards despite being pulled from the game with 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter.

The Packers had a playoff spot on the line, as did the Raiders.

The Packers loved the Raiders, who smartly stepped into Lambeau Field with a 9-5 record. Loved em' in a way you love a kid brother you can beat up. continue
Interestingly the Packers also had some rookies starting for the defense that year. George Teague had his first interception at safety. LB Wayne Simmons had one as well (his second of the year) and CB Doug Evans had a fumble recovery.
