I was premature, but the D did the job when O fell flat in the 2nd half. Couple of ambitious rookie mistakes by DBs. Hope they learn to know the pass out rather make an interception every time. O is still an enigma. Looked great for 3 possessions and then went south. Well a win is a win against divisional rivals and twice better because it is the sleaze bag Viqueens.

Cousins statistics were terrible anyway, but Cousins had 106 yards on 2 throws. One was a dump off and a run, the other was a TD throw that should have been knocked down or picked off.

Other than that, he was 11 for 29 for 107 yards and 2 interceptions.

I'd like to get Diggs and Thielen interviewed ASAP and get them to say what they really think.

You could get better than you got from Cousins from any backup QB in the league. And they still owe him big money for next year.

2-0... not their best football but certainly a strong start to the season.

And with no preseason it's much better to get W's than L's. Lotta work to do but this is a big win ugly or not.

Packers missed a lot of opportunities for big plays in the second half, both on offense and defense.  But god I love how this defense came up big two weeks in a row.

That was the least satisfying win in awhile.

No win against a division opponent is unsatisfying. That's a game that Favre used to lose 20 years ago and it's a game that MM would have lost during the last 4 years.

That's all fine and good but rightly or wrongly I'm unsatisfied after watching them gallop out front.  I wanted to break their ****ing spirit.

“Unsatisfying win”... what bullshit. If they lose this game, that’s unsatisfying.

They won in spite of an offense that generated nothing for 3 quarters. Execution was some of it, playcalling some it, mental mistakes was some of it, and the inaccuracy of #12 was some of it.

The defense was also some good, some bad. And they won. They’re better than last week. Keep stacking and they're in good shape.

And all it takes is one scan of week 2 last year. Pack holds the lead all day only to let Thielen steal the W. The tie game last year was much less satisfying than this. They finished ugly, but they finished this year.

I predicted that Cook would have a lot of yards...but not THAT many yards on the ground. Wow. Tough win but well earned.

He had 75 yards on the one play. Other than that, they contained him just enough to win the game (19 carries, 79 yards). He's good and he's going to do that to a lot of teams.

Somehow, the Vikings decided that having Cousins roll out on first and goal and throw the ball off his back foot was a better call than to keep handing the ball to Cook.

FYI, I love this defense.  Offense has no identity.

The offense is still trying to find it's identity.  I have full faith it will, and my mirror ball says it involves less Graham.

Why just laugh, taunt!!

You don't really have to taunt that much. Just ask them what they think about having Kirk Cousins as a QB.

And the Packers D was running on fumes too. Inexplicable to put the ball in the air.

I originally thought having all these home games at the beginning of the season was a real disadvantage.  Now I'm thinking it's a blessing until this offense finds an identity again.

There you go thinking again Hank... you've been talked to about that...
