Interesting how some teams seem to gather these type of guys (also see: Detroit). Third guy in 10 months for the Queens. I guess they won't change until the guys at the top really learn to say bye-bye to the clowns.

Percy Harvin took care of a health issue earlier this offseason when he underwent minor shoulder surgery.

Now, the Minnesota Vikings wide receiver has some other issues and he says they need to be settled before he will report to training camp. Chip Scoggins of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports Harvin is at the team’s minicamp this week but he’s clearly not happy.

Harvin told Scoggins he is “not happy with a couple situations” but he wouldn't delve into the details of his discontent. Vikings coach Leslie Frazier also wouldn’t touch the subject but said he expects the matter to be taken care of before camp. The player and coach are supposed to talk today.

What is Harvin’s beef? Most problems are related to money and contracts, right? There is no telling if that is the problem here. Harvin has two years remaining on his $12.05 million, five-year rookie contract. He is set to earn $915,000 this season and is on the books for $1.55 million in 2013.

Stay tuned.
