Browns remain an absolute embarrassment

For all the hype coming into this year of course they continue to fail and itโ€™s actually sort of fun to watch.

Kitchens mumbles, fumbles, stumbles โ€œthis isnโ€™t who we areโ€ yes it is dumbass!  Cleveland is one of the most undisciplined teams in the league.

I thought Tomlinโ€™s response after the game was classic.  He did not look like a happy camper and the Browns still have to play them in Pittsburgh.

In closing, if itโ€™s brown it stinks

Doesn't reflect well at all on John Dorsey.

Dorsey doesn't shy away from turds and I think that ethos shows up in the team.  He had Reid in KC to keep things in control. When you get slack jawed yokel in Freddie Kitchens with the "Ol' ball coach" routine you get the current Browns.   Not to take away from his success but I was never on the "we could've had Dorsey in GB" schtick.  He's kind of meatball.  Schneider, absolutely.  Dorsey, I think he has a knack to implode.

Haslam just amplifies it.

I think it's safe to start making comparisons concerning the FO exodus and it doesn't reflect well on Wolf and Highsmith as well.

I think thatโ€™s a good assessment Henry

I believe Reid masked or covered up a lot of crap in KC and Dorsey just seems like he needs to be in the spotlight a bit too often.  He gets a lot of credit but honestly he needs to take some heat for how the Browns have underachieved.

You donโ€™t see that with Schneider nor Gute and I think the best GMs fly under the radar in terms of attracting media a attention.  Ron Wolf operated a bit differently (more vocal and visible) but he earned that right having built three programs in Tampa and Oakland and then Green Bay.

I have a feeling the Steelers will be ready for Cleveland in a few weeks and if you are a betting person I would probably take Pittsburgh in that game.

That team needs a Bill Parcells type coach. Too many attitudes and egos (including the GM) and Kitchens is totally overmatched.

I honestly believe Haslam is the worst owner in the NFL.  He's like a criminal Snyderbrenner.

True very very true Haslam is horrible but in Cincinnati there is an owner saying "oh yeah?  hold my beer"

They're horrible but more along the lines of apathetic.  Haslam is a straight up POS.

Instead of everyone talking about how maybe, just maybe, the Browns have turned a corner.....they just beat a team they haven't beaten in 5 years....definitely a 2nd signature win this year....(Everyone forget they beat the Ravens?!??!!) ---- All anyone is talking about (rightfully so) is the crap that happened at the end of the game.

Factory of SAAAAADDness indeed.

While Tomlin is looking at the video of the assault he should be putting Rudolph through concussion protocols. Helmet to helmet contact caused at least 3 concussions in this game. Helmet to bare head had to cause some damage. Another thing besides the helmet clobbering by Garrett on Rudolph, did anyone see that Garrett was picking Rudolph up, off the turf, by the facemark, as well? Better check out Rudolph's neck and spine, while they are at it.

I'll say this shit again. Right now, the inmates are running the prison at The Factory of Sadness.

While I don't know if McCarthy will ever win a SB again as a HC, what he would do is bring stability to that insane asylum. Fire Freddy who can't control the locker room (remember Damarius got ejected last night, Mayfield had a hissy fit in front of reporters 2 weeks ago) and bring in McVince as HC.

He will bring in structure and discipline and maturity. If all he did was turn that team around to 10-6. they make the playoffs, and players don't act like idiots, they'll name a street after MM. Deservedly so.

Have to question a front office that felt Freddy was the right choice to begin with.

I really thought Dorsey would be the right hire when he was available. I was dead Rong

Yeah I really dislike the way he puts teams together. I'm not against taking risks on high talent/question character guys, but you can't have a team full of them. There's no lockerroom leadership in Cleveland, it's a bunch of me-first players who think, because they're talented, that they're automatically going to be the best team in the league. Maybe Dorsey's mandate from Haslam was win at all costs, maybe Haslam is pushing him more than we know to bring in dirtbags like Kareem Hunt, but based on his track record in KC and CLE he's definitely not a GM I thought he was.
