Yah, everybody talks about how lucky the Packers have been to Favre and Rodgers back to back. But when you look at kickers we have been over blessed with Jacke, Longwell and Crosby back to back to back.  Except for the 1 year with Dave Rayner in 2006.  Those 3 combined have over 460 games played.

Dylan Moses. That’s all I have to say about RD 1.

Alabama LB Dylan Moses, who missed this season with a knee injury, is returning to school. The athletic ‘backer with a well-rounded skill set profiles as a potential Top 15 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

I like Kenneth Murray of Oklahoma and he may be available in the first round.

I, too, like Murray, but doubt he'll be available at the end of round 1.

Lots of teams have one solid Kicker after another.  Not really that surprising, but, yes, a blessing.

Tell Bears fans that one. Robbie Gould is still nailing it on a playoff team.

And tell Viking fans this. One team that has nailed it in regards to kickers is Detroit. Since 1980:

Eddie Murray
Jason Hanson
Matt Prater

If Cincy takes Chase Young #1, the Packers are drafting at 27, Jake Fromm is on the board,  and Cincy calls for a trade, would you stay put and take Fromm?

I'm leaning yes.

No...you drop down and load up...another QB will be available later...it's still too early to draft Aaron's replacement. If you're worried, find a journeyman vet to fill in...and Boyle should continue to improve...don't sell him short, either.

If we get an offer for our pick, I would say trade down, especially if it's at the top of round 2.

Many mocks have him available at our pick in the first round.

I would be quite pleased with that result, but I feel a move up would still be necessary...we'll see.

New Packer Center if Linsley's back takes him out?

I can't find any rankings on Ruiz, as if no one expected him to declare...what's your take on him?

From Draftblaster Scouting reports: A truly versatile interior lineman that can play either guard position and center. Has the longer arm length, height and frame that NFL teams are now looking for at center, especially as more and more shotgun is used. Most teams are looking for centers that don’t always need help to double team an elite defensive tackle, and that can be used as a driving force in the run game. A smart player that can move seamlessly to either guard spot, will get an early look in the draft.

Well...add 'game changing interception' to this, along with his league leading tackles...or close...I like his play and will miss him when he is gone...I guess he is no Oren Burks......Thank goodness Gutey has a good eye for free agents...cuz I believe he is about 3 for 15 in the draft so far

Laviska Shenault would be a fine addition in R1. Need a Slot receiver to complement the group of outside guys we have.

Viska is a bad dude...not blazing fast, but big and physical and will catch everything. I have a feeling he's going to creep up draft boards and perhaps out of the Packers reach. We need playmakers on offense for sure.
