So Catts.  I take it you are so unliked globally that you have no cowboy forum to hang out in?

Why bother to come here, or is it to just hope to hold your insecurities firm?

Because you started a Cowboy's thread and it lured me in like a can of Friskies. Why did you start a Cowboy's thread on a Packer's site????

Yet here she is on a Packer fan forum posting this while the Cowboys are playing the Giants.

I can do 2 things at once.

I hated the '90s Cowboys.  But once Jimmy Johnson was gone and the triplets were in decline, I found myself more amused by the clown show that emerged in '97 and continued on until last year when they finally showed at least some signs of a team that could become strong again.

These days I save my hatred for the Seahawks, but I'm sure I could find it in my heart to hate the Cowboys if they become a consistent threat again.

Edit:  On a side note, one of my favorite Packers' regular season victories of all time was that ass kicking the '97 Packers put on the Cowboys at Lambeau Field.  By the end of that game the Cowboys knew their era was finished and I even seem to remember Michael Irvin was crying.  Just a complete and thorough ass kicking, and frankly that group of players and coaches on the Cowboys never really recovered from it.

93, I just in-liked your post.

BTW, My Cowboys are 15 & 12 against your Packers.

You had only 1 winning decade against them.

Wrong. The Packers lead the all time series 18-17 (14-13 in the regular season, 4-4 in postseason games).

You're right, I was looking at an old site. We'll tie it up this year.

Nah, just change the era so you can troll again.

If you go back to page one you'll see that I originally said the Super Bowl era.

And oh, Mike McCarthy is 5-1 vs. Jason Garrett.  Suck that [catts]!!!

And how many did you win against Jimmy Johnson?

Why don't you for once back up your arguments with stats instead of more questions?  I guess you are too stupid to look it up.

I didn't have to look up that the Cowboys have won 5 Super Bowls and The Packers 4. That's common knowledge or at least it should be but maybe you should have looked it up since you seemed to not know it.

You all are GREEN with envy because my Cowboys are 'America's Team' and are worth 4.2 billion dollars, the most of any franchise in the world. They are #1 in merchandise sales and Jerry is in the HOF.

None of which matters to real football fans. There's no price anyone could put on what we love about our team, history, and tradition. DallAss can NEVER equal that simply because they are about 40 years younger.
"America's Team"....  Just 'cause ya say it don't mean it's right!
Ol' Jerruh indeed made at least one contribution to modern football that I fully support (revenue-sharing changes), but, otherwise, he's a legend in his own mind only. The one and only reason he is in the HOF is

I remember the 97 game very well.  I don't remember how many times the Packers faced them but it was always in Dallas.  We FINALLY got them in Lambeau and took it to them.

I still have a white hot hatred for anything to do with the Cowpies.  From their huge bandwagon fans, to the crypt keeper Jerruh Jones, to the constant coverage a very average franchise gets.  I hate and despise that team.  Oh and what gets me is the fans who say they are worth the most and they sell the most merchandise etc.  Well that's great but I prefer to root for a team that consistently wins over that stuff.

But the level of hate I have to Dallas even begins to compare to the Vikings.

97 Dallass at Lambeau - Dorsey the Horsey running wild on them.  jerruh coming down to the sidelines in the 4th quarter with nothing on his head on a cold brisky day right in front of me.  you could tell his head was cold and we all started yelling "jerry where's your Packer hat?" until about 5 minutes later a sideline flunky brings him a cowboys stocking hat.   yep, finally got 'em in Lambeau and stomped 'em, loved it!

Remember it well, one of my favorite Packer moments....I was at BeBops Bar in Blaine Minnesota in the Packer room with about 50 other north suburban Packer fans. To say it was festive would be an understatement.  When the tv cameras followed Jerry down to the sideline the place erupted in jeers, boos and obscenities....one of my table mates stood and faked shooting him with his hands mimicking six shooters.  Ah, the memories.

Just a personal side note, that '97 Packers/Cowboys game was extra special for me because... I was still alive.  The Sunday before that, the Packers had played the 0-8 Colts and ended up losing.  I felt a bit queasy at halftime of that Colts game and it wasn't just because the Pack was playing poorly. I had an intestinal blockage that ended up sending me to the ER later that night after the game and I felt so sick I thought I might not wake up to see the next day.  Ended up in the hospital for a couple days, but felt good as new by the middle of the week and was fully able to enjoy that Packers/Cowboys game a few days later.
