Bingo.  I think he's back for the Packers game.  Hopefully a little rusty.

I'm betting it's reduced from six to four games, and the Packers will be his return date, with lots of motivation.  Always seems to work that way.

Dallas has Zeke or Dallas doesn't have Zeke. I really don't give a schit. As long as the offense is firing and healthy (no Jordy when GB beat Dallas in playoffs) GB might hang 50 on Dallas D. Zeke can run till he pukes for all I care. It won't matter.

I think the 6 sticks.

I agree. Maybe I just want it to stick, but the NFL has to toe such a fine line with these domestic violence cases that I feel like they may stick to their guns.

(I know youse knew)

And I would bet really good money his suspension is knocked down to 4 games.  I hope the NFL sticks to their guns but the Cowboys and Jerruh are just too powerful of a force in the league.

How long does it typically take to hear an appeal?

4 weeks or less, no impact to the games missed.
7 weeks, he could get reduced to 3 and still miss Packer game.
12 weeks, could miss games during the playoff push.

Long story short, this could actually ending up hurting the Boys or/and he could win the appeal and still miss the Packer game.

Behind that Dallas O-line, I don't think it matters that much.  They have Alfred Morris, who was no slouch when with the Redskins.  I may be in the minority, but I believe Zeke ins't the running back beast he seems without the O-line.  Look what happened to DeMarco Murray.

I'm glad that it is at least costing him money to defend himself. I'll bet his "legal team" are indeed "ready to fight".
I can't consider it closed until it runs its course through the courts.
Maybe he will ultimately serve a 4 game suspension, making him unavailable until Week 7....

I could see this turning into Starcaps 2.0. Zeke is going to get an injunction filed and fight this all year.

I'll bet he plays all 16 games this year. This is a lonnnnnng way from over.
