A preview of the Packers week 1 opponent.
And somewhere in Floriduh Blair is tapping that black box... Oh, I mean this one:

So let's see. Fumble by the Jags deep in their own territory. Then blown coverage by the defense allowing the Bengals to just walk in the EZ.
7-0 Bengals.
Some things never change.
I'm here ! I'm here!
...and get out of my pantry.
You hear even Cris Collinsworth (Gator) bitching about the heat?. Lets hope for clouds and rain in a couple weeks.
Yikes AJ Green. That doesn't look good.
Jax offense pretty unimpressive thus far. I think GB's biggest concern will be the heat

I figured he'd rather tap this one:
I can't wait to see Lacy and the Packers OL go against the Jags. Rodgers may not have to pass all night.
True, but neither may Bortles
I'm pleasantly surprised at how bad the Jags look.
Also interesting that Miles Jack has had a quiet camp as well. Sounds like he's not adjusting well to his new LB position.
It looks like the hype over Jax. being greatly improved is just that....hype.
Jags passing offense will continue to put up numbers, but this is a 6-10 maybe 7-9. This young team needs to learn how to win, they will take a few decent steps this year, but not week 1
The only realistic chance the Jags have to beat us is if our offense doesn't score points. If they could keep the game close until our big heavies up front wear down, they could easily steal the game with a big play.
Before tonight, I thought Jax might be good for 21 points per game, max. After tonight, I see no reason to change that.
Jaguars defense has to jell. Myles is not a MLB naturally. They asked him to play that and he is just learning. Jalen Ramsey has looked very good. Donte Fowler, we heard in training camp, was a beast. So far, he has not made impact plays in preseason games... That is a bit of a headscratcher.
As for the offense, Luke Joeckel is not doing well at his new position at Guard on the line. To top it off, he had to go against Geno Atkins and Michael Johnson. Both abused him badly. But, dont make fun of their offense. This offense is one of the most explosive and productive in the league. I bet Robinson/Hurns cumulatively have equal stats to Nelson/Cobb in yardage and TD's. Julian Thomas is a threat at TE and Yeldon/Ivory can be a productive mix.
Bortles had 35 TD's last year folks... That ain't bad either...
Jaguars offense will be fine. The question is whether their D added contributors or is it still a CB or two still deficient?
It's a passing league now, CalBuc.
A friend of mine has a ticket to the GB/Jags game (I live 30 mins south of Jacksonville). The going rate is $300.00. I think that I will watch it on TV instead.
