The Obama/Biden team had a plan to combat Ebola and contain it. The Obama/ Biden team beat it into submission. The Trump/Pence team had no plan, at all, to fight the coronavirus and only yesterday, mentioned they are working on a "strategy" to fight coronavirus. A little too late for almost 140,000 dead Americans. Trump tossed the Dubya Bush and Obama playbook for fighting a contagion. This failure is all on Trump.
