Agree with JJSD.

I would NOT be okay with allowing teams a do over for drafting a head case. If we allow that, then why not allow for a do over for a pick who ends up chronically injured (see Jamal Reynolds)? Or a re-do for a guy a team took who doesn't practice and is a lazy turd? I mean really, where does it end then?

Aldon Smith is a very talented player when his heads on straight. Well worth his draft position. Now he's got substance issues and mental health problems. Perhaps those were apparent all along. And if they were, then that's a risk SF took and that risk is entirely on them.
