For those wanting a new C for the Packers, 2025 isn't a great draft for C when you consider the metrics the Packers value...height and weight namely.

In fact the last time they drafted a C, they opted for a converted LT in Josh Myers because he was 6'5" and Creed Humphrey, a superior C prospect, was only 6'4".

Of the top pure centers, there is only one that fits the Packers desired height metric...USC's Jonah Monheim.

The best pure C is UGA's Jared Wilson...but at 6'3" (perhaps even 6'2" and 1/2) he won't fit the Packers measurables and will likely be off their board. Other names to consider, but all 6'4" or less, Ohio State's Seth McLaughlin, BC's Drew Kendall and Texas' Jake Majors.

But then you risk putting a rookie C out there playing the toughest position outside of LT on the line.

My guess would be the Packers will re-sign Myers and perhaps draft someone they can develop...a versatile player like Zach Tom. Of course, Tom being like another Jenkins, could possibly be in the conversation for C if the Packers feel confident enough in Jordan Morgan at RT.

Grey Zabel is also projected by some as a Center candidate. It’ll be interesting to see if he gets snaps there at the Senior Bowl.

Monheim also has tackle experience.
