I think his redoing a contract with a new team wouldn't be nearly as big an issue as teams being leery of his health and his attitude.
Ja/Packers would need to show that Alexander is healthy and Ja would need to sell that he's focused and bought into wherever he'd go.
The innerwebs keep speculating about a Joe Bosa for Jaire Alexander trade from the Bolts. Bosa has similar injury concerns, a high contract, and it seems the Bolts have soured on Bosa much like GB has with Alexander.
Not holding my breath that happens, but it's an AFC opponent and each team could have interest in moving on.
