If Penn State wins the Big 10 the Big 10 champ will not be in it....if Wisc wins they most likely will not be it in. If Washington wins they will be in it, if Colorado wins they will not be in it.

IMO the only path for Wisc is Colorado winning. And their reward? Alabama.
