personally if that were the scenario, I dont think Philly selects Parker.

Everything coming from there signals that they like Wiggins and Exum. If Orlando moves to 2.. it might even be to select Exum. I know they love him.

If we trade with Orlando, i'd say its a 75% possibility that Parker is there at 4 anyways.
