I'm thinking 2021 and 2022. We had the team but Rodg was too busy to come to minicamps, help younger players, and use his experience to lead the team. As for winning MVPs it was all about him, not the team.

Tom Brady didn't attend any of the Tampa minicamps and he won a Super Bowl.
