Weirdly (is that a word?!), I had to actually google times four via the net to get back in here. timesfour.com is what came up and then I clicked on the forum link below. NONE of the saved IP's for the new site would let me in despite being back in.
Not sure wtf that's about. Anywho, back home. 
I use http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to check whether the problem is with my ISP or in general when I can't connect to some site. (I was having problems this afternoon connecting to other sites as well.) If they say they can't connect, then I don't get so worried.

Had no problem. Clicked on my home site and X4 pooped right up. I was in a panic earlier tonight tho.

Will we be receiving a credit on our monthly statement?
My office landline has been out all day. anyone know how to fix that. I call verizon and they say they are working on the problem. Its eight oclock on a friday night and it is still not working. They said they will give me credit on my statement for the time i was without my landline. That should take care of the amount of business I probably lost out on today. How am I ever going to be able to send a check out to timesfour if this keeps going on?
