Yep, those were the last three Lombardi-era HOFers to join the team.

And BTW, we overlooked Emlen Tunnell (45), so that makes eight Pro Football Hall of Famers in a team photo of 36 players, not counting the coach. Amazing.

A LOT of talent, no doubt. Interesting that most of these future HOF members were on the 1958 team that went 1-10-1.

And all of them were brought to GB by Jack Vainisi, their personnel guy in the '50s. Even Adderley was drafted based on a recommendation Vainisi made before he died. He virtually invented draft-focused scouting, and deserves a lot more credit for those Lombardi championships than he usually gets.
When did they start taking team pictures with all the players sitting in numerical order...this random positioning stuff is just too weird....although maybe the order is a secret code or the combination to some secret vault filled with Packer treasures........

If the Vikings had a clue/picture like that, all the players would be wearing the number "0".
St. Vince whipped them into shape....

1. One of the Fordham legends.

2. Taught High School physics, chemistry, and Latin where St. Vince also coached and won NJ football and basketball championships.

3. Assistant coach with Landry at the Giants.

....then he taught them how to win.

What a time to grow up in WI. Every last one of them was a Hero to me.

(Taught physics, chemistry, and Latin!!! Ultimate teacher-actually that era's Knute Rockne who was also a science whiz)
