Yep. This dog crap call, Jennings drop and DD's fumble cost the team at least 13 points. Factor in that they had to settle for a FG after first-and-goal from the 1, and this could have easily been a rout.

You forgot them not overturning Tillman's interception Razzer. Funny how it works both ways. If not for Olsen dropping that easy pass, that sideline TO wiping-out a 20+ yard gain, Kuhn's phantom 1st down, the silly RTP call on Peppers (which extended a drive), and Cutler's lame duck in the redzone, it could easily have been a rout.

You guys won. Quitcherbitchin' Wink.

There actually was 1 non call that was huge.

The 2nd and goal from the 3 where Peprah got a lot of jersey of the receiver in the end zone while the ball was in play and when the trajectory was ideal for the wind conditions during the route running and hands clapping for the ball.
it's called the "Stern Syndrome"
(aptly named after David Stern, the commish of the NBA, who has done this to perfection)

it's when you tell the sport's Executive Board (usually comprised of the owners from the big cities) to set up meetings with the Head of Officials to make sure they are reminded to call certain penalties to the letter of the rule...and others are not so important...

it's just a subtle way of giving the big city teams a little edge...

this year, it's the Bears...one year, it was the Patriots, etc....

The NFL would love a Bear/Patriot Super Bowl....IF it just "happens" to work out that way....

then, every once in awhile a small market team will get in IF they have an exceptional team and "paid their dues"

Smiler
