Out of that first round, here are probably the only guys who can still be considered very good (or better) players. 6 of 32, that's it. Ronnie Brown may have been in that group a few years ago, and Pacman Jones could have been but even adding those two doesn't make it a great success rate.

I don't think Alex Smith has been a bust, but he hasn't lived up to his draft slot. I think most of it isn't his fault, he's had terrible coaching his entire career, but he's had so-so career.

Carlos Rogers is still playing at a high level for San Fran.

Marcus Spears has also carved out a good role in Dallas. He hasn't been an All-Pro, but he's reliable.
Yeah, I limited it to the guys that are at least very good because there are a number of guys that are still solid players or contibutors but that gets even more subjective. I never felt Carlos Rogers was a very good-to-great corner, just a solid-to-good one for example.

Then there's guys like Mike Williams, Troy Williamson and Mat Jones: BUSTOLAS.
