No. Ball has to be in the air for at least a fraction of a second.
The initial pitch looked like the receiver and QB were going to collide.
The 2nd pitch brought it all into focus.

I HATE the pitch play from the Packers. When has it ever worked? It must be something that they call to set up something else.
