The game winner last week was almost blocked as well. I don’t trust 85 being back there to block 2 rushers… not do I trust that kind of blocking scheme.

It's the exact same thing every time!
It will absolutely cost them at some point if ST doesn't get their shit together on that blocking scheme or who's "blocking".

They never showed a picture from the sideline if they lined up offside or not

Not bad for a make shift o-line, they played great last week and today .
