Normally, you'd clean house and get a whole new president to run things.
The most likely scenario is that Rodgers retires or is traded and the Packers take a big dead cap hit in 2023. Then, we get to see Love play with a bunch of young WRs and TEs (Cobb, Watkins, Tonyan, M. Lewis, and maybe even Lazard will all be gone). Jones is a likely cap casualty as well.

Without a true "owner", the Packers org doesn't have the financial flexibility to replace coaches with substantial "money due".
