We'll have MLF as a coach for the next 4 years giving those deer in the headlights looks.

“We got to maximize our opportunities and I got to do a better job” I’m so sick of him, we need to move on, he cannot take this team to the next level.

Isn’t this his weekly presser?  He’s got it memorized now.  So do we, unfortunately.

By my count, they've dropped two or three levels this season alone. The next level is now three or four away.

Give him a pack of gum and he’ll be Ray Rhodes

LaFleur is in over his head.

He got carried by a HOF WR and a HOF QB for 3 years and had a HOF-level LT for the first two regular seasons. That makes things pretty easy.

He blew his chance a 13 win season in the playoffs because he was too impotent to do anything about a special teams unit that operated at about an 8th grade level.

You get the sense the players don't think he knows what he's doing. He'll be somebody's version of Norv Turner in about 10 years. A good OC or QB coach on someone else's staff.

Tannehill finished with a passer rating of 127.3. Nice job containing Henry, but it didn't matter with that secondary play.

300+ yards through the air too.  Our defense is severely underperforming under it’s shitty leadership.  They’re about as hard as marshmallows.

Ugly loss in a very winnable game. Barry started the fire in the 1st half. MLF pissed on the embers in the 2nd. Extended time off to figure out what needs to change. But things need to change.

It's too late for this year.

The thing that needs to change won't happen. They were successful for 30 years mainly because they got the QB position right in 1992 and 2005. While they weren't perfect all time time, Favre and Rodgers made a lot of people look more talented as coaches than they probably were.

What needs to change is a house cleaning from top (Murphy) to bottom (a lot of personnel). It won't happen until Murphy retires. But Murphy's probably ecstatic they showed his ice skating rink.
