He is who we thought he was!

Savage, Owens, Ford played a combined 2255 snaps at Safety last year
None of them will be participating in the Packers 2024 campaign.

That's a lot of snaps in one room that need replacing & upgrading - and how the Packers front office handled that challenge should be evident early on.
Especially since our shiny new DC is renowned for his DB coaching abilities.

In the beginning, they will have to lean heavily on McKinney and Johnson, and hope the young guys hurry up and learn. Anderson was also in the system last year but didn't play. He had a mini-camp blip day by intercepting Clifford three times, but that doesn't mean much. He got into three games last year with a total of three solo tackles. It's almost a whole new saftety squad.
Gutey has nailed the last two drafts. Some of the drafts mentioned earlier weren't terrible if you were looking for some guys to plug in; unfortunately, GB needed more than JAG to take another step. Somewhere along the line, Gutey learned or was taught or someone joined the staff who could see/divine which prospects' game were going to translate better to the pros. Hence, a step up in better quality players.

Maybe "we" should see the new guys play a couple downs before crowning them.

Remember, the key to safe braking is to always be aware of your surroundings, anticipate potential hazards, and use the appropriate technique for the surface and situation you are driving in

Sorry! I meant 2022-2023, and not this year's draft -- yet.
I have hopes about what they're saying about Bullard, Lloyd, and Cooper. Minor noise about the others (Morgan's wishes to play LT), but the true test is when the pads come on. I'll be interested to see what King (he may be a 7th-round bust if there is such a thing), Morgan, and Oladapo to see what they can do. Despite all the noise about King and the surprise he was drafted so late, he wasn't talked about in terms of making plays during mini-camp.

Man did I want Rip to work out.
Dean Lowry transcends a typical grading scale.

Holy shit, that's a ton of mediocre snaps that left the building. Those guys all had a few moments but they will not be missed.
