Was never a doubt.

I don't know FG blocking schemes, but if you watch that play it looks Bob has to choose between guy coming inside or the guy outside. He picked inside, which I would assume would be the correct block as it's a shorter path to the kicker.

Again, can't believe squat when it comes to coach speak.
Complete conjecture on my part, but I wonder if Shanny looked past GB given their play in the first two games. I mean, the Packers had a completely retooled O-line, injuries to two starters on defense and neither side of the ball played particularly well the first two weeks. Add the fact that it was the Niners home opener on a nationally televised game and they effectively kicked the Packers asses in previous meetings. I think Shanny knew MLF outcoached him and got the Packers more prepared for the game. And thus, he was pissed at game’s end (on top of a loss).

He didn't really do much on either guy to be honest.

That Niner is too slow to block Mason.
That's not as much on Tonyan as it is the ST's coach. If Tonyan goes out and blocks him, the Niner inside (#29) has a shot to get it.
Bottom line, Packers deserved to win that game. Thank god they did
You're welcome.
and please don’t hate me…….watching the game again, and dang that Jimmy Garoppolo is a handsome guy, whew……. 😁
Wouldn’t Joe Namath or maybe Fran Tarkenton be more age appropriate? Heck, maybe even Montana or Elway.
I heard he smells like capicola.
Nah, I think Goldie likes 'em young.
I'm a little surprised at Jimmy G, though. I would've thought she was more into long-hair in Jax.

Ah, no, double no, may-be and definitely no way in hell.
Hebert? Bobby? That southern drawl isn’t a turnoff? Or did you mean Herbert, as in Justin?
Goldie has pretty low standards maybe it's the dope talking

Ya, Justin, he’s a QT as well.

I do not have low standards….. and how long does pot stay in your blood??? Last drag was Sat night….
It's possible you emit THC instead of carbon dioxide now.

Considering the match-ups and their outcomes, I had the same thought last night. Maybe SF were reading their own press. I even thought GB may have been looking past NO and DET a bit having circled this game on the schedule.
But I didn't want to go there before there was enough time spent savoring the win. They did everything they needed to do, F the whiners. On to PIT.
“The NFL didn’t fine 49ers S Jimmie Ward for the hit that briefly knocked Packers WR Davante Adams out of last Sunday night’s game,” NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero wrote. “It was reviewed, but I’m told the NFL’s Jon Runyan elected not to issue a fine because initial contact wasn’t to Adams’ head/neck area.”
Barely a glance to the shoulder before going helmet-to-helmet. I would like Runyon to be the prosecutor in any crime I may commit.
I am so happy that Adams had the major role in crushing their joy, smashing their dreams, breaking their backs, destroying their spirit, putting a frown on their happy little faces and stomping their egos. Payback is a bitch.
